Jennifer has been a certified dance instructor for over 15 years. She is certified to teach all forms of dance including tap, jazz, ballet, pointe, and gymnastics. During her dance career she studied under many well known dance instructors such as Jay Dash, a legendary vaudevillian, and Theresa Cura of the Paul Taylor Dance Company. She is a NASM certified personal trainer with expertise in corrective training and nutrition.

Max Dunley has been a Personal Trainer for over five years in the Orlando area. He is NASM certified as a Personal Trainer, Performance Enhancement Specialist, Corrective Exercise Specialist, holding certifications as a Fitness Nutrition Specialist and Group Training Specialist. Max’s training style is very flexible, and is based on the person. He has experience in training elderly, youth, pregnant women, high school and collegiate athletes, and clients in rehabilitation. Max’s goal l is to make the workouts unique, never doing the same routines over and over again, while finding new ways to challenge people.

Anthony has always had a love and passion for fitness, health and well-being. Shortly after his first marathon in 2006 he decided for a complete career change. He pursued and obtained his license for massage therapy in 2007 and has been practicing ever since. A few years later (2010) he enrolled in The National Personal Training Institute of Orlando where he received his personal training certification. Shortly after, under the guidance and teachings of Erica Boucher and Empath Yoga, he received his 200 hour yoga alliance certification. Since then, he has received certifications in group fitness through American Council on Exercise (ACE) and PiYo by Beachbody. He is currently working on a nutrition certification, and plans to continue education to increase his knowledge on the many aspects and modalities of health, fitness and massage.
