Rock Hard Fitness is a multi-discipline fitness facility for all ages and abilities. We specialize in weight training at beginner or advanced levels, athletic performance training, weight loss training, integrated movement and stability improvement, stretching, and corrective exercise. We offer personal, one-on-one training and a variety of classes that clients can mix together if they choose to fit their needs.
