Rock Hard Fitness is a multi-discipline fitness facility for all ages and abilities. We specialize in weight training at beginner or advanced levels, athletic performance training, weight loss training, integrated movement and stability improvement, stretching, and corrective exercise. We offer personal, one-on-one training and a variety of classes that clients can mix together if they choose to fit their needs.
Our facility holds classes throughout the day so that you have the opportunity to take a group training class, a Barre class, a Kickbox Cardio class, Yoga and much more. The adult tap class can be performed with or without tap shoes. It involves a warm up that reinforces basic tap footwork followed by a variety of small combinations. This class will challenge your cardiovascular system and coordination! No previous dance experience is necessary and everyone is encouraged to workout at their individual level.
Barre class is a progressive ballet workout set to up beat music and includes isometric upper body and core strengthening as well as barre and floor work designed to tone and strengthen the thighs. No previous dance experience is necessary and everyone is encouraged to workout at their individual level.
Mixed Conditioning Bootcamp is designed to wake you up, burn fat, and boost your metabolism. A high intensity, cardiorespiratory workout that incorporates a Warm-Up Phase, Conditioning Phase, and Cool Down Phase to challenge your endurance. Using lighter weights, explosive movements, and stabilization exercises.
Kickbox Cardio is a high energy class for a full body workout. It incorporates punches, kicks and blocks from martial arts, boxing and dance. This class will challenge your cardiovascular system, strengthen your musculature and increase your coordination while having a blast! No experience is necessary and everyone is encouraged to workout at their individual level.
Group Cross Training (GXT)
Group Cross Training (GTX) is our most popular class, and truly a unique workout experience. From beginners to advanced, GXT can accommodate all fitness levels.
By combining Stabilization, Strength, and Power Exercises, we are able to offer progressions, regression, and even alternative workouts during class. Our routines utilize a wide range of equipment including: Bosu Balls, Dumbbells, Olympic Bars and Plates, Pull-up, Bench & Squat Racks, Spin Bikes, Chains, Bands, Plyoboxs, TRX, Hi-Lo Sleds, Olympic Rings, Punching Bags, Ballet Barres, Med, Stability & Slam Balls, Battle & Climbing Ropes, Sledgehammers, Tractor Tires, GHDs, Peg Boards Kettlebells and More!
Our members have a wide range of goals, from improving stabilization and muscular endurance to increasing lean body mass, neuromuscular efficiency, and rate of force production. We provide fitness routines that allow you to reach your goals while also promoting a supportive, uplifting environment to workout.
Group Training variations include:
- Upper-body: Targets chest, shoulders, tricepts, back, bicepts and core
- Lower-body: Targets legs, hips and core
- Full-body: Combines both lower-body and upper-body movements
- Dealers Choice: Both Upper-body and Lower-body routines are planned out and available depening on your schedule. These two routines can be combined into a Full-body routine.
- Early Bird: We know you’re just waking up, we adjust our workouts to include a longer warmup perid.
- Happy Hour HITT: Upper-body routine designed to provide a good upper-body pump before the weekend
This class is a cardio blast that works the core and thighs! It combines beginner focused Latin movements with hip hop and sultry dance moves. No previous dance experience is necessary and everyone is encouraged to workout at their individual level.
